>> Properties and uses
Properties:
CPP appears as white or light yellow particles and is well soluble in organic solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons, toluene, butanone, or their mixed solvents.
CPP has high hardness and good wear resistance, acid resistance, salt water resistance, and aging resistance.
Uses:
PP, as a universal plastic, is widely used in films, molded products, or other products. But due to its low polarity and high crystallinity, its adhesion is poor. Adding CPP can effectively solve this problem. CPP has good adhesion to PP, thermoplastic olefin elastomers (TPO), and other low surface energy substrates containing olefins. It is a high-performance adhesion promoter for coatings, inks, and adhesives.
Its main uses are as follows:
1. Primer for plastic substrates used in automobiles (such as bumpers, interior parts, wheel covers, etc.)
2. Ink adhesive for film (gravure/screen printing)
3. Surface adhesive for food packaging film or plastic containers
4. Primers, coatings or adhesives for construction
>>Package and condition of storage
The normal packing: 20kg Carton, inner PE bag.
This product should be stored in a dry place and sealed warehouse under normal temperature to avoid direct sunlight.
