1. TXIB is a kind of non-toxic plasticizer without benzene ring. It is suitable for plastic products applied to kids toys, medial materials and food packaging. As a kind of multipurpose plasticizer, it can mix with all universal primary and secondary plasticizer, and take the best effect when used with DOP cooperatively in especial.
2. We need the effective viscosity decreasing of PVC Plastisol at using on high-filling high density formulation. This product can reduce the viscosity of solution and increase the stability of solution viscosity when applied to PVC butanediol. It can be poured into the mould with small die outlet easily. It can mix with PVC resin easily. TXIB won’t mix with air bubble in PVC solution easily because of the decrease of viscosity before the delivery and extrusion forming, which enables it to keep the end product surface smooth and nice-looking, there is no migration to the surface of the product.
