Usage
1. Vulcanising agent
When synthetic rubber is vulcanised with peroxide, TMPTMA can improve corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, hardness and heat resistance. TMPTMA can increase plasticity when mixing and harden when vulcanising, and can be used in NBR, EPDM and acrylic rubber.
2. Crosslinking agent
TMPTMA can reduce the radiation dose, shorten the radiation time, improve the crosslinking density, with low precision crosslinking degree, low vapour pressure and fast curing speed. It can be used in light curing ink and light polymerisation materials.
3. PVC
Blended into the body with sealing agent, plugging agent all the PVC solution in the moulding, for example: PVC 100 parts, DOP 60 parts, stabiliser 2-4 parts, organic peroxide 0.02-0.6 parts, TMPTMA 5-30 parts.
4. Coating materials for electric wires
It is used as a cross-linking agent for PVC resin, which is used as a colour coating material for electric wires. A very thin layer of colour coating on fine wires produces a heat-resistant and tough film.
