Chemical properties
Benzoyl peroxide is a strong oxidant and flammable. It is extremely unstable in nature. Use
1. Polymerization initiator: Dibenzoyl peroxide is the most widely used initiator for polymerization. It is mainly used for solvent polymerization of PVC, polyacrylonitrile, acrylate, vinyl acetate, chloroprene rubber, SBS and methyl Graft polymerization of methyl acrylate.
