Characteristics
Low cost and low toxicity: dibasic ester is characterised by low cost and low toxicity.
High solubility and fluidity: it has high solubility and good fluidity and levelling, and can improve the flexibility and adhesion of paint film.
Improvement of pigment covering power: it can improve the covering power of pigment and increase the gloss.
Wide compatibility: it can be miscible with most solvents and can dissolve resins widely used in the paint industry, such as epoxy tree polyester resin, acrylic resin and alkyd resin.
Reduces paint film defects: reduces paint film pinholes, depressions and other ills.
Usage
DBE is extensively applied in the fields of coin steel coating,automobile coating,baking coating,tin
plate printing coating,carpentry coating,vessel/can coating,printing ink industry,metal furniture coating,
founfry resin and insulating coating industry. DBE can be the substitute of isophorone,cyclohexanonel,
ether type of solvent and so on.
